The Competitive Edge Kickboxing Program is a combination of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics. Not only is it a safe workout, but there are also several health benefits you can gain from kickboxing.

On average, you can burn anywhere between 275–450 calories during a 30-minute kickboxing session and between 500–900 calories for an hour training session!

In a class setting, you may need gloves, wrist wraps, and proper gear. So get ready to sweat and punch like a champ. Don’t forget your water bottle and a towel!
